Every post here is written with a heart full of love and a spirit guided by the Holy Spirit, all with the intention of encouraging, uplifting, and inspiring YOU! Whether it's a prayer that God placed on my heart, a verse that brought me to my knees, or a song of praise I can't help but sing, this space is where I share it all.
Our Mission
Here at Words by LG, I get real with you. I’m not perfect, and I don’t have it all figured out (spoiler alert: none of us do!) But I know that God’s grace is SO much bigger than our imperfections, and I want to be open and vulnerable about my faith journey. Life can be tough, but we don’t have to walk it alone! I’m here to share the ups and downs of my walk with Jesus—because I know that, when we’re vulnerable with each other, we’re able to encourage and support one another in the most beautiful ways.
The words I share here are NOT from me—they are simply the things the Holy Spirit has put on my heart to encourage you! It’s all about being obedient to His voice and trusting that, if He’s leading me to share something, it’s because someone out there needs to hear it. Whether it’s a Scripture that has deeply convicted me, a beautiful piece of art that has stirred my spirit, or even a piece of vulnerability about my own walk with God, my heart is to offer you the same encouragement, peace, and joy I’ve received in my own journey.
This space is for the glory of the Lord... but also to encourage you in whatever season of life you are in! Whether you’re looking for hope, a gentle reminder of God’s love, or a little bit of light in a dark moment. No matter where you’re at in your faith walk, I hope these words remind you of God’s endless love, His perfect timing, and His beautiful faithfulness in every season of life.
I live by two verses that I hold dear to my heart, and I pray they speak to you as much as they speak to me:
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer.” – Psalm 19:14
This is my prayer every single day: that my words and thoughts honor God and reflect His love and grace to the world.
“Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” – Proverbs 16:24
